my father-in-law passed away while we were on the ship and the guest services helped us so much. from getting us airline tickets home from the next port in about 10 minutes to helping with the luggage and getting us to the
airport. the concierage was absolutely wonderful. they even let us return a few excurisions we had prepaid for.
this ship is basically for people from 60 and older. the cruise director was terrible. only saw him at the shows. not much to do on the ship very boring after dinner.

Pros: customer service

Cons: cruise director

Recommends Celebrity Millennium? Yes!

not too much to do. other ships like the princess grand had excellent entertainment. always something to do. this ship was quite boring. terrible cruise director.
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
a bit small even with the balcony but aren;t they all. next time we get a suite.
Ship Quality
Service and Staff
cabin stewards helped us when we had to leave the ship early. everyone was so kind and understanding.
