Review summary

The Celebrity Mercury was a very nice ship. I especially liked the fact that you did not have to go through the smoke filled casion to get to anything other than one nightclub (which was the least attended club). We appreciated that there was ongoing maitenance to show pride and accountability. The food was excellent and the customer service was nice. We got to have good chats with crew and enjoyed the events offered on ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Our stateroom was well appointed, but was directly accross from the room-service station for our floor. This caused a lot of noise, and during our first full day on board, there was a prblem with the room-service station's dishwasher, so there was a back up of very dirty, smelly water, that saturated the floor outside our stateroom and caused a nearly intolerable smell just outside our room. We did mention it to the concierge, however, they stated that an oder neutralizer had already been used (which apparenlty did not work) and that they were trying to dry the area out.
