Review summary

I have been on 11 cruises and this was the least impressive-see pro's and con's above seemed like staff was only going through the motions -food adequate-entertainment minimum-not enough staff at any event or lounge

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
all food was only warm to taste and dinner selections were very average buffets had great selections but again only warm to taste

Entertainment

1 out of 5
not enough options- days were quiet-bingo expensive and unorganized!

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Friendly but not going above and beyond-always looking as if they are short handed except in the buffet areas

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
size and cleanliness good

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
room was kept very clean-balcony room-I expected a little larger

Ports of call

Nanaimo, British Columbia

The town is still adapting to cruise ships...not much opened on sunday??

Victoria, British Columbia

5 out of 5
great walks..good shopping..good pubs-I will be back to Victoria

Pros: Port of call-Victoria and the people at my dinner table

Cons: Service at all lounges and bars very slow-not enough bartenders-all food was fair but not what I am used to from a cruise, very little comunication daily throughout the ship

Recommends Celebrity Mercury? No.
