Very pleasantly surprised at how hard this small town is working to bring in tourists. Many volunteers around town to direct visitors to the sites. A free shuttle to transport you up the hill. Nice boutiques, shops, food. Immaculately clean city with beautiful view of the port.

A very clean, well-kept city. Easy to get around by Gray-line bus system.
Don't Miss: Butchart Gardens shouldn't be missed. We visited in the early fall and were amazed at the blooms.

Pros: Relaxing, not a party ship, very classy, everything well-done.

Cons: Problems with on-board charges. Save your receipts. Unable to make adjustments the day of departure so you have to go home and fight over charges.
