Review summary

This was my first cruise. I enjoyed it.  A lot everyone was very courteous and helpful for the most part.

Disembarking was the most confusing.

I would have thought that the disembarking letter would have been placed in a place where someone could see it or if it was misplaced that someone would help them and help them with process.  Guest relations was not very helpful, probably because they seemed to always have a long line.

Would be a nice change. Gotta believe having to deal thousands of those forms from each ship is a drain on resources and wasteful when an agents asks you questions anyways.

Maybe it's something new. I had to do it on my last two cruises. However i am happy i didnt have to waste time filling it out on my last night at sea.

cbelc2 we just cruised May 21 and on the last night we were not given a customs form with all the other info and like i said i called and was told we didnt need one and customs in Orlando didn't ask for one.

I thought we always had to do a customs form.

Does the Infinity still do the midnight buffet with all the fancy carvings

Yeah i was told the night before disembarking that i didnt need a customs form unless i had 10,000 dollars to declare. Went straight through customs without one without a problem.

The letter I got in a suite on Millennium on Friday left a lot to be desired based on other experience on on cruise lines. No customs forms in my suite either. Fortunately Michaels club had them on hand.
