A: There is no Qsine on Flora. No reservations are required. Resurant is on deck 4 and 7. We normally ate on deck 7 (top deck - open to air - nice weather). For lunch you can get food from deck 4 restaurant and take topside or get the food on deck 7

A: Don’t recall the smoking area but my wife thinks it was deck 7 aft. Either no one smoked on the cruise or favorable winds since don’t recall issue smelling cigarette smoke
