This being my first cruise , It was amazing , the staff is sweet friendly and extremely eager to make sure your happy . I would say I am 95% I will sail with celebrity again . Only other cruise line I would like to try is Disney

The bar service is the only reason this is not a 5 Star experience.. loved dining in the silhouette.. the staff was amazing .. we loved seeing Tasha’s beautiful smile every evening.. her team was so amazing they get 5 stars .. however the bar service especially on the busy deck of 14 was rough ... no rhyme or reason of how that works .. stood there for 20 mins well they kept serving people who just walked up .. also as my husband can only drink water it was horrible that he would have to wait sometimes a long time just to get a bottle of water .. I would think there could be a better way ... with that being said .. they all work very hard and defiantly try to accompany everyone .. the on deck servers however are amazing .. after anyone one of them brought me a drink they actually remembered me by name and addressed me by name every time they passed me I found this amazing

Pools were very nice , shows were good , there is always onboard entertainment.. which is fun to watch , bingo was fun as was the casino .. and they made a great super bowl even better !!!

Service was amazing , Sheldon was our room attendant for our week and we loved him !! Tasha was our server every night and we saw her every morning .. she is the sweetest person .. so friendly always looking for anyway to accommodate us in any way .. martini bar as busy as they wer always smiling and great with suggestions.. bar on deck 14 again was my only non 5 Star .. however the on deck servers were very personal and friendly

Ohh my this room was perfect for my husband and myself , plenty of room for storage the bathroom was amazing , bed was super comfortable, view was amazing , super quite did not hear any noise from any direction , and Sheldon made sure he always had what we needed and kept our room crazy clean
Ship tip
Make sure you relax and take your time , although they try hard to make things as smooth as possible there is still a lot of people aboard , be prepared to be patient .. your on a cruise what’s the hurry 😊
Sounds like you had a great time! Thanks for this helpful review. I haven’t been on Disney, but hear that it is a very good cruise line, esp if you have kids.
