Review summary
The trip started off a bit rough for 2 days, but there was so much to do on this great ship, you hardly noticed the rocking. The hot glass show was amazing, the girls really have a special talent in glass blowing! The staff was beyond fabulous, best service we have had! We chose Select Dining for the first time. Wasn't sure about not having the same waiters every night, but we were able to meet more waiters and got to have them more than once, amazing how they can remember you with thousands of people aboard. We also got to eat when we wanted to. Never really waited for a table. The food was best of any cruise line we have cruised. The ship was always clean. The entertainment was good. Loved the comedians and ventriloquist and the Beatles and Tenors of Rock shows! We booked this cruise for its ports of call, however, the weather did not cooperate, but it was vacation, which made it okay. You make the best of it, which is why it's nice to be on a cruise ship, so you can always have something to do inside. We had an inside room which was very roomy compared to most ships. The bathroom was nicely laid out and not too small with lots of storage for your items and a nice foot bar for us ladies to shave and a night light that automatically goes on when you turn the light off. This is a great feature which all ships should have. The only thing to make it the best bathroom would be more hooks or string in the shower to hang wet bathing suits. Overall we would highly recommend the Celebrity Equinox!! Can't wait to cruise again!!!
