Review summary

Wow!! This was our first cruise but definitely isn’t our last. The ship is amazing, staff are so friendly, our room steward was awesome, food was delicious, beverages were cold. Definitely a trip of a life so much so we booked Apex next year. Only small beef was sun loungers getting booked early with bags and towels then no one comes and if you need shade hard to find as everything is taken. I am so grateful to the staff who helped make our first cruise such a memorable one. 💜

The process was quick and easy. As we have never cruised before didn’t know what to expect. Wish all check-in process were this well organized

Wow!! If you go hungry on this ship there is something wrong with you. So many great choices. Every meal was delicious!! The Bartenders were great though some need a bit of training on how to make certain drinks..

Everyone was so friendly and helpful but did see a lot of the management on phones during busy times at breakfast and lunch instead of helping with service.

Disembarkation

Disembarkation was quick however don’t use ships service to take you to the airport. They told us to be down at certain time, were running late, had to find your bus in your own. There was only the driver to load the suitcases felt so bad for him. Had to stop at every terminal. My suggestion get a taxi
