the cabin was nice and roomy with the iv doors open. the shades were right next to the window, which was very noisy, like nails on a chalkboard. didn't feel like a balcony cabin, just a very large window that opened. my husband likes to sit out on the balcony in the morning with the shades closed so he doesn't wake me. can't do that with this type of room. nice idea but not practical. would i book this cabin again, no, i am going back to the regular balcony.
