Review summary

I hope Celebrity realizes that things need twicking. It's a beautiful ship but some items need fixed before they go ahead with this or another ship like it.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Quick and easy used the app

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dining room was poorly staffed and food cold & hit & miss

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Used the hot tub but it was too windy to use Eden or the outside areas.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The staff seemed talented but the themes were too far fetched. I think Celebrity forgets the mean age in over 60!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Staff seemed unconcerned with customer satisfaction.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It's a beautiful ship but some things are just not designed well. Eden is beautiful but open to the elements therefore can't be used in wind or rain or extreme heat

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Shower leaked into the bathroom, bad drainage design. Cabin narrow & veranda when open heated up the room. did not open very often due to this. glass bifold doors useable.

Ship tip

Wait until they work out the bugs.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Not there long enough to be able to do anything. Waste of time!

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

3 out of 5
winds to strong to go snorkeling. Cancelled our tour

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
Good shopping port. They seem to be rebuilding still.

Disembarkation

Quick and easy with face recognition

Think DebAntigua is correct

This is the first time I’ve heard someone say that Eden is open to the elements. Every picture I’ve seen shows glass windows. Are you sure you meant Eden? I think there is a small outside area connected to Eden, but the Eden space itself is huge and includes restaurants, a bar, entertainment stage, etc on 3 levels. Seems really odd that it would be subject to the whims of the weather.
