Blu on Celebrity Edge

Awful. No service. Long wait.

The food at Blu was already amazing for both breakfast and dinner.

You can only go to Blu if you are in you are in an aqua class room.. Long story short we ended up getting upgraded to one of these rooms so we checked it out one night for dinner. The food was plenty good, but it was nothing overly fancy or more spectacular than the main dining rooms. Just another different menu to enjoy. I do think the service here was better! The waiter that we had was a lot more personable and took more time to speak with us.

Service quite attentive, food "healthier" – if lacking flavour sometimes. My principal complaint is that the Blu space is a downgrade compared to the Solstice class. Now, Blu is "landlocked" and the acoustics in there are ghastly. You literally have to yell at the person sitting across the table from you to be heard. We found the ambience in the MDR restaurants better.

Just a beautiful restaurant with special treatment and excellent food and service

We didn’t eat here too often but when we did the staff always remembered us and were so lovely! Our server Diana was always up for a chat and went above and beyond in her role.

Dinner at Blu was just ok. The dishes are created for the Aqua Class Suites so they are healthier but a little bland.

Great food and service.
