Beautiful ship, great staff, delicious food

Our first Celebrity cruise. Throughly enjoyed all aspects of our cruise. Will use Celebrity again.

Most aspects were good, but room smelled like cigarette smoke, which came back even though cleaning removed smell several times. Since I stayed in my stateroom a lot, it was a problem that nobody solved. It could be a problem with the ship design.

The ship was extremely clean and well laid out . Nice areas to relax and read or converse.

The ship was kept in emaculate cleanliness. The staff was very kind to all passengers.

The food was delicious in the Main Dining Room. Service was excellent throughout the ship. The glass blowing exhibits were fantastic! The rooms were a little small but acceptable.

very clean staff was friendly and kind good service. The ship officers were always around and in contact with passengers. Food was out of this world in the main dinning room.

loved the small areas you could go to, upper deck had a real lawn, loved sitting and reading up there. plenty of entertainment whereever you went

In order to qualify for anytime dining, you are required to pre-pay your tip. What a poor system - tip before you get the service? And to no suprise, we had the worst service of all our 8 cruises. Our room stewart was terrible. The public spaces of this ship are very small. It has 3 tiny, tiny pools and way too many people. You couldn't get a chair on sea days. The glass blowing demonstration is a wasted space - put another pool and some lounge chairs with shade up there. Why all the specialty restaurants at $40 per person? The food is excellent in the "free" restaurant. Take out those restaurants and put in another pool or another cocktail lounge with free entertainment for the guests.

If not looking for 5 star food or entertainment ,you are ok

This was my second time sailing with celebrity and if possible I was ever more impressed the second time around. I can't wait for the third!

Ship is beautiful and immaculate. Crew is very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Even though this ship is half-again as big as any other we have sailed on, it did not seem crouded. Very few lines, and none were significant.

Celebrity Eclipse is a lovely ship and the staff is very friendly. Each solstice ship that is built seems to be better than the prior.

We liked the cozy atmosphere of Celebrity's Eclipse. It was very warm and friendly and customer-oriented. Free champagne was abundant for the guests.

Overall the ship was beautiful and well maintained.

The Eclipse is an impeccable ship -with a great layout, beautiful artwork, and unmatched cleanliness - many different venues provided a wide assortment of relaxation possibilities all day long.
