Sorry, his was the worst cruise we've every been on and we've been on about 100 cruises.

Review summary

Our Balcony room continued to be flooded with water every day. Guest relations was terrible and didn't reply or fix our problem until the 9th day of the cruise.. They only moved us to another room on the 9th day and then tried to charge us another $111.60 for items we didn't use, etc. This may be the last time we ever cruise with Celebrity unless they give us a complete refund as my wife got sick due to the mold and we room, we didn't get hardly any sleep, several of our tours were cancelled, the captain couldn't speak English properly, and the whole cruise was just a terrible disaster. Don't go on this ship! You will be disappointed and a waste of time and money!

The stage shows were terrible. The singers and performers were very bad. I think only one of the singers was pretty good. The entire cast needs to be replaced.

Don't go on this ship. It's in terrible shape and needs to be replaced.

I’ve been on the Eclipse twice and loved both times! True, this ship is not the newest, but the crew was always helpful and made life amazing onboard. Sorry you had a terrible experience.

My wife and I were on this cruise too and had a fabulous time with superior service from everyone associated with the ship. Sorry your experience didn't match up to our five star journey!
