Wonderful Ship, food, room & staff. Entertainment for the most part i did not care for but everyone has different taste. Some excellent lectures by Mary Amanda.

Older ship but clean and maintained. I would expect it will be refurbished sometime soon. NOT enough power outlets in room: phones, tablets, hearing aids, etc.

I have been cruising since the '90`s. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST disembark I have ever experienced. With 3 cruise ships unloading about 9000 passengers and about 9000 new passengers trying to get to their ship created TOTAL CHAOS. There were NO porters to help with luggage and since my wife was using mobility scooter elevators were needed but unable to move through crow. Total " cluster crunch".
