Dispite the really rough start, I enjoyed every bit of this cruise. Cruises are what you make of them.
Embarkation

Worst embarcation ever. Ship arrived 5 hours late due to weather. It happens. Was notified that boarding would be 3 hours later than scheduled time. At this point there were 20- 25 Celebrity personnel out directing people. Went to have lunch since boarding would not be until 3pm. 3pm no Celebrity personnel in the area, hot, no seating, everyone is crowding into terminal, no lines. I required wheelchair assistance ( which we had to request in writing 30 days prior to cruise - done) no wheelchairs available. Because I had a walker and 3pm boarding time I was allowed to front of line. Because a very kind couple ,Mark and Susan, helped me with boarding I made it on the ship. Other than allowing me to front of line no assistance from Celebrity personnel. Boarding did not start until 4pm because 17 passenger doing a B2B would not leave the ship so customs could clear the ship for boarding. Once on the ship things got better but still had problems with people checking in at muster station. The Captain finally got on the intercom and in a very angry tone told everyone that the muster check in was required no matter how many cruises you had been on and the ship would not sail. It was now 8pm.

Food and service (Waiter was Dan Lee) was great. Everything ordered cooked perfectly served at proper temperature.

Nice place to sit and listen to live music. A little short on staff so if busy you needed to place your order at the bar but they would deliver..
Tuscan Grille

Food and sevice was good but restaurant was so dark that several tables, mine included, used phone flashlight to see menu.
Bistro on Five

Sushi on Five was great. Had lunch there 4 days.
Murano Restaurant

Food and service was spectacular. Could use more light in the restaurant, very dark and hard to read menu.
Cafe al Bacio and Gelateria

Loved their coffee and pastries. Gelato was goodbut not great. Staff was very attentive.
Onboard Activities

Had some great movies. Loved the naturists talks. They also had talks by a mystery writer that were great. Problem was that most of the activities were art sales jewlery sales.
Service and Staff

All of the waiter in the dining rooms I visited were excellent. Staff in the coffee bar was exceptional. My cabin steward was a little lacking. Always made the bed and straightened the main cabinand pulled the trash but seemed to skip the bathroom. Removed used towels and washcloths but didn't always replace with new and trash only pulled every other day or so..
