Great cruise. Great weather. Ship was very clean. Great cruise director on this cruise and it made a huge difference. The captain wasn't very visible. He attended the usual Capt. Club activities. Cancelled the Inside Access tour. Many other cruises I've been on the capt. and staff had Q&A's which I found enjoyable.

Went early. At check in we were told there was a problem with our key even though we received one. Why didn't they correct it immediately instead of making each check point a hassle? I actually had to get on ship and go to guest services to get the problem remedied.

Buffet food looked alike but with different labels (IE Indian, Chinese, American) Tuscan Grill was great but they need to expand their menu.

We did B2B cruise from LA to Buenos Aires. Different cruise directors on each cruise. Alejandro on the second cruise make a 200% difference in that cruise. More activities, approachable, personable and participated with staff, crew & passengers.

Great location on ship. Close to elevator, midship and easy access to ship features (dining, theater, etc.). Iwayan, room steward, did a superb job. Very clean room. We were on board for 31 days and never had an issue. We participated in a Cabin Crawl where passengers shared their cabins. Quite interesting. I'll stick to veranda midship. Concierge & Aqua class isn't worth the money.
Ship tip
Be prepared for different levels of involvement determined by the cruise director on duty. They make such a difference.
I was amazed at how beautiful this city was, Very clean, no graffiti. Did see homeless everywhere. We extended our stay in San Telmo, a historic area of the city. Loved it Had to get away from the tourist. San Telmo had the best restaurants, was very quaint and walkable.
