Review summary

There was more than one favorite part. The service from Customer Relations Dept., The Solarium, Two of the Entertainment Shows. The island of St. Lucia.

The following areas that can use improvement are Transfers for Special Assistance, both arriving and departing. The Casino Dept. can use better trained employees, that can provide correct information. Mostly in the off shore Casino Dept. and some on the ship as well.

BED VERY COMFORTABLE, LAY OUT WAS VERY FUNCTIONAL.

Ship tip

MAYBE PICKING THE ANYTIME SEATING FOR DINNER, AS THERE IS A LOT OF FOOD BEFORE THEN, AND BEING HUNGRY BY EARLY DINING IS DOUBTFUL.

WE DID NOT STAY IN MIAMI. DID NOT LIKE THE AIRPORT ARRIVAL AND WORST WAS CHECKING IN UPON LEAVING. vERY DIFFICULT TO FINE THE ASSISTANCE THAT WE REQUESTED. WHEEL CHAIR PEOPLE, ETC.

THERE IS A PRIVATE FAMILY IN THE PORT, DAUGHTERS AND MOTHER SELLING THEIR TOUR. FATHER TAKES YOU TO PLACES THE REGULARS DO NOT. ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE VAN( INCLUDING THOSE THAT HAD BEEN THERE AND EVERYWHERE BEFORE, STATED BEST TOUR AND GUIDE THEY HAD EVER HAD.
