Review summary

The service from cabin cleaning, room service and the resturants was very good. The standard of food was excellent although one of us got an upset stomach - i believe either the Mexican lunch in Oceanview or Quisine was the cause and normally I am cast iron! In case you are wondering, I had no food or drink ashore at all.

Still in spite of that it was very, very good. For first timers, no need for books or games. A library and games room take care of that providing cards, scrabble, checkers, chess etc. Some free films in cabin and good bands around the ship. Some of the entertainment was not to our taste, whilst some was very good, but that is to be expected, I guess.

Caught one lady picking semi cooked pasta out of the bowl with her hands in spite of a spoon being clearly available! Use the hand cleansers as I did and be diligent and you won't get what I got!

Depends what you are after - it is normally busy by the pools when sunny - we loved our balcony when we wanted quiet time and of course you can order a decent room service for any meal (to midnight) at no charge.

Realised after a while that cases are stored under the beds - was looking a bit crowded with my wife's cases until then!
