Review summary
We have always sailed with Holland America but thought we would try something new. The Eclipse is a beautiful ship, easy to navigate, some interesting features (martini bar was covered with ice, glass blowing demonstration and the specialty restaurant Qsine was very inventive) and didn't seem too crowded except for the pool area on "at sea" days. Service overall was okay but generally the crew seemed bored and uninterested in the guests. Food was nothing to write home about. The staterooms are nicely decorated but have very little storage space. Public rest rooms were scarce and kind of hard to find.Ship experiences
