The ships personnel were very attentive and Our stateroom attendant (Nadia) Misy was thoughtful, caring, and made sure for our needs were met. Above and beyond what is required. The dinning room waiter (ARTA) Artayasa I Komang and assistant (SANDY) Mshaya were outstanding, provided exce concerned that our needs were met and that we were enjoying ourselves. llent service and made our dinning experience memorable. Thank you ARTA and SANDY The hotel staff - guest relation officer Darina was a great help in answering questions and help with follow-ups. We appreciate your help. Front desk manager Rahul Nambiar was extremely helpful in resolving our heat issue. He continued to follow-up and was most helpful - we cannot say enough thank you! Again Rahul went above and beyond what would be normal! All in all the staff we interfaced with were the best!

Ship tip

Could have included a 5 Star stop in Key West. Some history is nice to know but port presentation would be better served by presenting information about the port that can be user the day in port.
