Review summary

Food and service not up to par! Restaurant service was lousy. staff morale was low. += staff not bothering me, not always trying to sell something. (the best thing about the cruise) Disappointed with this one.

Thank you for this post! We’re on the Constellation now as first time cruisers and quite disappointed with how run down the boat is, service has been spotty, food ok, except for Tuscan Grill, which was great for Christmas dinner. The “small” bike excursion booked through Celebrity on Grand Cayman was horrendous with 30 people. We had a couple flat tires, broken chairs and seats that wouldn’t stay put, all during the ride. We would definitely cruise again but never again with Celebrity. I appreciate that others don’t see this trip as the greatest, too. Oh and we paid for premium internet and have to sit on the stairs near the elevators down the hall from our room to get reliable service.
