Review summary

2 couples on a cruise. My first from San Juan. My luggage was very delayed from San Francisco the day before, and United wasn't much help along the way. My steward was so great, the ship sailed later, so there was time yet. He came to my dinner table with me in gift shop clothing, and let me know it arrived, just before we left. That was the beginning of one of my favorite cruises.

Quick. Also my luggage was delayed from the day before, my steward came to my table during the first night to let me know it arrived. Like half hour before sailing.

This is back when Cirque du Soleil would be on board, even in the lounges, so it was particularly impressive.

Very clean design with a nice flow throughout. A very elegant and stylish vessel.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a concierge suite that was sandwiched between 2 biggest suites so I do feel the service attention may have been a little higher because of this, bonus. Decent size room, nice balcony, there was a strange lump in the floor before the balcony though.
