Review summary
-Concierge service is not as good as it used to be. Staterooms seemed smaller than before, although clean. Too much emphasis on Celebrity ratings towards end of the cruise. For example, our stateroom attendant, whom we had not seen since the 1st day of the cruise, suddenly appeared to remind us that we needed to rate her a 10 and mention her name in our survey feedback to Celebrity.
-In main dining room, 4 people had to send back the veal chop as inedible - have never had to send any food back on Celebrity before. Maitre'D, Assistant Maitre D'Hotel and waiter in the main dining room were all very kind and apologetic, replacing the food with alternate selections within 2-3 minutes. Waiter was quite concerned that his evaluation would be "less than 10" because the cooks had made a mistake.
-Ship had just come in from Europe (Transatlantic cruise) on the morning of our embarkation and received tons of supplies. The shops and dining areas were clearly in some disarray as a result. A day's delay between the ship's arrival from Europe and departure for the Bahamas cruise would have likely made a big difference to both crew and passengers.

Ship tip
We were able to move easily when we were not a good match for our dining companions at our first seating - just ask the Maitre'D at the restaurant. Don't try to call them as they do not always answer the phone.
