Review summary

We took the Constellation from Miami on the western Caribbean route going to Cozumel and Roatan. the boat and its staff are excellent. We specifically enjoyed the Ocean liners specialty restaurant. The food quality and service are both fantastic at this restaurant. I would highly recommend paying the extra to have this high quality dining experience. We liked it so much we ate there twice! Get the table side Lobster! As for negatives we did not eat in the dining room. I find this with almost every cruise line though. Dining rooms are dead and ships should do away with them and add more restaurants! the food always comes out cold and the experience is very low quality as most mass prepared food offerings usually are. We also found the entertainment to be very average on this ship. In the end the boat has great staff, good restaurants, lots to do and a very nice environment! We found Roatan to be pretty boring if you are not a diver, but Cozumel was fun. we rented a jeep and explored on our own. we did a Tequila tasting, explored the ruins, went to some deserted beaches and had a nice meal at Poncho's backyard (highly recommend this for Mexican food!)
