Review summary
MY SISTER AND BROTHER AND I TOOK THE "CENTURY" 4 NIGHT TRIP TO COZUMEL AND BACK FROM FT. LAUDERDALE. THE WEATHER WAS VERY ROUGH. HOWEVER, WE ENJOYED THE SHIP AND STILL HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. ON OUR WAY TO COZUMEL IT BLEW 25 MPH, AND ON OUR WAY BACK , IN THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA, IT BLEW AROUND 40 KNOTS (ACCORDINDING TO THE CAPTAIN). THE RIDE WAS RATHER UNCOMFORTABLE FOR HALF A DAY AND THE ENGINE OR POSSIBLY PROPELLER CAVITATION NOISE WAS UNBEARABLY LOUD IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM (ONLY DURING THE ROUGHEST PART OF THE DAY). MAYBE THIS WOULD HAPPEN ON ALL SHIPS WITH ROUGH WEATHER, BUT IT SPOILED MY APPETITE.Ship experiences
