Review summary

We continue to sail with Celebrity because we want a more adult experience. There were children on the ship but nothing like other cruise lines. We like Celebrity so much that we booked 2 more cruises, one in December 2024, and another in July 2025. We had an awesome time and are looking forward to the next one.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Everything went smoothly. We boarded the ship nearly an hour before our scheduled time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All meals and snacks were well preparedand had good taste. There was a wide variety of options.

Oceanview Café

5 out of 5

This venue had a great variety of cusine choices throughout the cruise. As a buffet, it was always well stocked and the service staff was very attentive.

Raw on Five

5 out of 5

Not being a huge fan of seafood, I was concerned about this place. However, there is a wide selection of great dishes for all. The food was high quality and the service was equally excellent.

Fine Cut Steakhouse

5 out of 5

Everything from the quality of the food to the wait staff was high quality.

Tuscan Restaurant

5 out of 5

This restaurant has an Italian theme, but you can also order from the menu available in the other main dining venues as well. The food was very tasty, and the portions were plentiful.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We took a class on making pizza from scratch. We got to eat the finished product when we were done. Another activity was a tabletop escape room where we had to solve clues that led us to the final prize. We had a great time.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the ship staff was friendly, accessible, and pleasant.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was easy to navigate. There is plenty of signage to help people know where to go. The ship always appeared clean and crew were viewed cleaning and maintaining the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We requested an accessible cabin, of which 8240 is. It had plenty of space for the use of a wheelchair or scooter. The bathroom had a roll-in shower that included a bench. The infinite verandah is an excellent addition. It has a black-out shade, and the top half of the window goes down so cruisers can experience the ocean.

Ship tip

Don't spend a lot of time in your cabin. Enjoy all the venues and activities the ship has to offer.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Disembarkation was very smooth. The only reason for the 4-star rating was the tremendous amount of walking from the time we walked off the ship to picking up our luggage, going through customs, and picking up the shuttle to the airport or hotel.
