I had Classic and was never charged extra. I went Premium this time because  I got 35% off on a flash sale.

The 20% gratuity is added to the purchase price and paid at time of package purchase. There will be nothing added at the end of your cruise unless you order drinks that are over the threshold, at that point you will be charged the difference plus 20% of difference. With the exception of some high end scotch and some wines, it’s very easy to stay under the limit and invoke no additional charges.

If my math is correct, you will have to add at least $2 on every 10, and if your drink is $13 or higher, you will incur add'l charges at the end😩
