Surprisingly, the staff did not seem to care if you were there until it came time for tips and reviews. That included cabin steward (others in my group said similar things about food & attitudes).

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Main dining rooms menu options are very limited. Food was okay, but not outstanding in main dining rooms. Buffet was average but almost always had to walk around twice in order to find a seat. Went to steakhouse twice and Eden once. All three were fantastic for both service & food. Highly recommend both, especially Eden. It costs a little more but is worth every penny.
Fine Cut Steakhouse

2 times were terrific.
Eden Café

Fantastic
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Pools are very crowded. They do dot enforce the “no saving deck lounges” rule so it is almost impossible to find one on sea days.
Entertainment

On board talent was so so. Outside was better on this ship, but that varies by cruise.
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
Most of the officer staff looked away rather than greet guests. That “care less” attitude seems to also be passed down to quite a few of the staff. First time I have encountered this on a Celebrity ship.
Guest relations staff smiled at you but were not very effective at resolving issues. “We will let you know before the end of the cruise”.

Beautiful ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Cabin for singles. However it was sold as 0% obstruction and when I arrived I was looking at the top of a lifeboat (see photo). On board, guest relations said it was partially obstructed. When I showed them my Celebrity booking form showing no obstruction, they tried to tell me that it was the travel agent’s issue to resolve until I insisted it was their issue. Was still listed on the Celebrity website throughout the cruise as unobstructed. Finally gave me a voucher to be applied to a future cruise but would not compensate me for having paid full price for an unobstructed view.

Pay for specialty restaurants to get the fantastic food.
