Review summary

I really enjoyed my cruise, I loved shopping onboard and I loved eating, way too much but hey it’s a cruise vacation right! I had the drink package so I enjoyed trying different drinks as well.

Embarkation

5 out of 5

Embarkation was a breeze, it didn’t take long at all even though it was hot and lots of people, carnival has a good system in place just follow the directions and we were inside the terminal. Then we had to make it through the checkpoints and on the ship, we were on the ship at noontime so it was like having an extra day. By the time came for sail away, I had a few drinks and eaten a Guys Burger!

Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse

This was my first time at Fahrenheit 555 and I loved everything about this Steakhouse. I will be going back whenever I sail again. Let me start with my appetizer I got stuffed mushrooms. These mushrooms were awesome and they had a little sauce on the side to dip them in, perfect a 10🌟. My main dish was a strip steak with two sides, the steak was perfectly cooked and delicious a 10! I got cheesecake for dessert and it was great. If you go on n day 1 you get a free bottle of wine as well. I totally recommend this specialty restaurant.

My cabin steward was very nice and helpful in all my meetings. It still surprises me how fast they learn your name. My MDR waiter was great as well.

Ship Quality

My only complaint about the ship is that it seemed hot! It seemed like the air conditioning was working to it full out in the ship. However the stateroom got very cold.

My inside cabin was perfect and I liked the crew that took care of us. I just didn’t realize how aft we were so my next cruise I’m going to be mid ship instead.

Ship tip

Be patient when boarding and leaving the ship at first you’re very excited to board and then your tired and ready to leave just be patient with the crew and all the guests.

Disembarking was a slow process and I think because everything was done through the app and no overhead announcements so I think people got a little bit confused. But, once I got in my line it went perfectly fine.
