Review summary

The cruise had some bright spots. Our cabin steward Yudi was spectacular. The entertainment was also stellar. Unfortunately too many issues with dining app and tender service made cruise below average.

Food was good , selection poor and the app for reserving time was horrendous. Goes down often and staff has no plans on when it happens. Upper management needs to set up contingency plans so that low level employees aren't bombarded .

There was also a major communication issue with tender service. I went to customer service to report and got no satisfaction. Ask for manager and was told none available

We were on this cruise. The tender service was terrible. Princes Cay was the only port on this back to back cruise we had never been on. While we were waiting in line to board a tender, people were passing by us on their way back up the stairs. Said they had been waiting for over an hour and still wasn’t close to the front. We never made it off the ship that day. When I spoke to guest services they knew there was a problem. The young lady wasn’t aware there was only two tenders. One held 200 people the other much less. All she could say is they usually have more tenders. We usually don’t find to much to complain about. This was the exception. We got the same feed back from several other passengers. With that being said, we still had a great time. Just disappointed not being able to check out the island. I’m sure we will get another chance.
