The cruise was very relaxing and met most of my expectations. I will try other Carnival fleets. The staff was courteous and kind. The restaurant food was great except crème Brule should be served warm not cold. There was plenty of activity for whatever you wanted to do. This was my mother and my first cruise and we made memories and enjoyed the journey.

The ships main dining room the horizon was awesome due to the staff. IKadek, Aryadana, and Manol (server). The hostesses made sure are table was ready Mihand, Sollet,and Clemencia, The room attendant Wayman was very helpful.

I enjoyed bingo, the casino (didn't enjoy the second hand smoke). The pool area on deck 10 was awesome.

I didn't have time to make the show due to dinner time.

The staff in cloud 9 that did my foot massage Alinafe was exceptional with assisting me with buying new products and with the massage. Douglas was very helpful in the Pixel picture area. Tatiana was very rude and mean to her workmate Douglas. Douglas was kind, calm and helpful to me and my parent with dementia.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean. I would like to see instead of stairs, a slope going down to the next level. I was traveling with a senior with dementia who could walk but the stairs was not easy access to their gait. The elevators could be larger or #6 on each level.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was comfortable and clean. Wayman was a great steward at keeping fresh towel and making cute animals and he was friendly.
The food could have had two stations. One closer to the entrance and one at the far end where the ship with the food was. Traveling with a senior with dementia alone made it difficult to travel far and leave her while I walked that distance for food. Upon my arrival back she was trying to leave and go somewhere. The food should have two stations.
