Thank goodness for the porters to help with the luggage.. I loved the facial recognition option. Makes everything so easy. So many helpful people.

Overall I loved the food. Service was outstanding in the MDR and Specialty restaurant. The people working the buffets and the wait staff are excellent. I would have loved to have a potato bar as an option.

I did not take advantage of the pools, fitness center, waterside,biking but I did see quite a few people taking advantage of them.
Entertainment

I attended almost all the shows. Loved the comedy club, Karoke night, deal or no deal and bingo. Lots of fun.

I have never been to a place where everyone was so wonderful on how and all the services provided. There is no comparison. They go above and beyond!

Everything was extremely clean. Could see small signs on the outside that needed upgrades.

Very comfortable, clean, good size for 2 people. Just some banging when cleaning early in the morning.
