Great service. We did not get the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was very pleasant to deal with and such a sweet and kind lady. She was the one that reviewed the Covid and vaccine status.

The dining crew was amazing. Special thanks to Delroy, Stuart, and Edi for the amazing service on every single day of our dinner. They were all fun, respectful, and so pleasant to be with. The reason for the 4 star was the food selection in the buffet. We think there could be more variety.

We absolutely enjoyed the deck parties, especially the white party with headphones, kids loved it! Sananah is an amazing cruise director. We appreciate her energy and enthusiam so much. Our favorite group was the Aqua string group that played in the lobby. We spent hours listening to the 2 violinists and cello. If they could play a few famous classical pieces instead of modern, that would even be better. The stage shows were great, but Liquid Lounge setting does not flow very well. We have been on many ships with different cruise lines, this theater is on the bottom of the list. The leveling makes it so difficult for people on the back rows to see, and there are just not enough good seatings to have a good view of the stage. This could be improved.

They loved the entertainment (deck parties). Kids club could have more activities, but overall, they enjoyed it.

They are all amazing! Kudos to Delroy, Stuart, and Edi. We could not ask for better service from them. To Edi "Tiramisu!" (he knows what we meant lol).

Our cabin was clean and Sang did a great job with it. We have 2 kids with us, and with the bunk beds dropped down, we constantly bumped our heads to them. The bathroom is a little outdated (ie. sewage smell) and could be improved.
