Review summary

We are Platinum cruisers and we felt like we weren’t appreciated for our loyalty. I think Carnival might be doing this to get us to go elsewhere and sell the rooms to newbies with no expectations. The cruise was good, but our ports were very short due to ship speed problems. For us this a good value cruise with no frills.

Food and Dining

Due to staffing issues, some dining choices were very limited. The lifo food was limited. Deli is open at 2:30 so eating lunch here was not possible.

Entertainment

We saw the Amor Cubano and several comedy shows. We normally love the punchliner. The female comedian Kristen was just awful! It was awkward being in a silent comedy show.

Service and Staff

Service was very good.

The ship was very clean and the staff was very attentive.

It was a quite interior spa cabin. Very clean.

Don’t sweat the small stuff, staffing is still a problem, but the staff on board will take good care of you.

It’s a ruff place to visit. We just take a bus to doctors cave and no other stops. We had a great weather day.

Appreciate the review. They are short staffed and I would think as people who have obviously cruised a lot you’d be more understanding. Unless you were completely ignored I think we all need to practice patience.

Interesting thoughts regarding loyalty program. I don't agree but interesting none the less. We, likewise, are Platinum and will be on Carnival Magic in 79 days. Will see how it goes.Thanks for your review.
