Review summary

This is my second time on the vista and I honestly just don’t like the layout of this ship! However, the staff and mostly the cruise director Kyndall Fire was OUTSTANDING!!

Food and Dining

Steak house was amazing as always! The food in the dining room was better but not great. The buffet could be better!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5

Lots of trivia and a few bingo games. There were only 2 shows in the liquid longe. Outdoor activities were fun but missing a few things, prob due to covid! The cruise director Kyndall Fire was amazing and made up for anything lacking. She is hands down the best CD of all the boats I have been on!

Ship Quality

The ship was clean and they always have people walking around to make sure things were picked up. But, this is my least favorite ship in terms of layout!

Disembarkation

Took FOREVER!! I know that we arrived late due to weather. That being said we had priority and and people were getting off before us. It took about 45 mins to get off.

Ship layout is different and doesn’t flow, for sure. It didn’t affect our cruise that much but we probably spent more time trying to find things than we did relaxing. Layout isn’t intuitive.

What’s the issue with the layout? We adored the horizon and the vista is the same. I loved it

I haven’t been on the Horizon but I have been in the Freedom and the layout is different. We went on the Vista again because it had the dates and places we wanted to go. Plus, I thought maybe I would like it better this time. I’m all about second chances lol

I honestly don't understand when people say that don't like the layout? Not being mean, we have only been on Horizon and Freedom three times. My philosophy is water on the left, water on the right.

Vista Liquid Lounge is pitiful. Our least favorite ship ever. Won't do it again even though we still enjoyed our cruise. Ship's appeal is important to us.

Appreciate your feedback. Just remember that the Horizon and Panorama have the same layout when looking for future cruises. Glad the CD made your cruise worthwhile.
