Embarkation

This was a bad experience. I know things happen but we were delayed way too long on boarding and all we knew was, it took longer to get a few people off the ship, then we're told over and over it shouldn't be much longer. Which it was. Then after we board we hear it was the gangway that was messed up. So who knows.

Our room steward Mario was the best of the best. Always smiling and took very good care of our family. Matt, cruise director...AWESOME all the way.

It was excellent except for embark. Which was a port issue
