Embarkation day and disembarkation are a disaster on Vista. Seems they didn't build enough service elevators to properly deal with luggage so elevators are limited. Royal handles this much better with its Oasis class ships.

Wow.. we just went on the vista in Dec. And didn't have FTTF (the first time not having it) and didn't have not 1 issue. Really enjoyed the whole cruise. Sorry to hear u had a problem.

Judging by your profile that was your first cruise. So possibly your expectations didn’t match the experience. It is possible cruising isn’t for you.
