Review summary

Seeing the other countries was really nice and the ship itself was nice. Lots to do. Staff was rude to the point makes you feel uncomfortable.

Actually called out by staff member about removing gratuity even though i was tipping above and beyond all cruise. Went to hand him money at the end and he said, " Is that all you think i deserve?" i was floored

Be prepared to wait for buffet and elevators. Also, leaving the ship was a nightmare.

On last week and this week and could not find a rude person and was amazed at all the crew people that would stop and talk and spend time talking to me.

Wow that is disturbing. We did not have anything but great service on the Vista. So sorry u had that happen. I agree though report that person and carnival will replace them. Thats just crazy

Sorry that the person was rude: hopefully you reported him in the cruise line’s survey they have (or will) send to you. The cruise lines usually are aggressive in their follow up on poor employee behavior. All the best.
