Embarkment and disembarkment was horrible too long people was sun burnt One my cabin house keeper was wonderful Adi on the 8 floor. Overall the service staffs provided excellent service.

Glad you had a wonderful time. Don't really understand how people were sunburned though, unless they had to wait outside because they didn't arrived at their check in time. We went right inside
