Review summary

My room had strong odors, sheets and comforters had to be changed out 3 times in a row. Our first waiter was condescending and rude. Getting off the ship at the ports was extremely difficult for seniors and families with children on strollers due to having to take stairs to get to floor 0.

I was on the Freedom and I'm a disabled veteran and used the elevator to deck 0 at each port.

That's why you as a cruiser have the option to pick the size of the ship. Research goes a long way when you are planning a cruise, normally the bigger the ship is the more people you will have. Hint long lines for almost everything.

In the front of a ship there are elevators that go to deck 0, ask a crew member to take you down to deck 0, I walk with a cane and they always ask if I want to go down that way.
