The ship is not as grand as I thought it would be. Very choppy layout I was not impressed at all for being the newest and largest ship..

We felt same. The outside areas were fab and the Havana Experience was wonderful...inside felt claustrophobic and dull. No wow factor. We will be trying the Celebrity Edge this year after 11 cruises on Carnival.

I found the layout to be choppy as well, but I wouldn’t hesitate to sail on her again. Sorry you weren’t impressed, but glad you still enjoyed your cruise!
