I am not sure what people truly expect while there was a very long line considering they are putting 4000 vacationers on a ship i honestly feel they do an amazing job!!!! Security was great and the line moves - if you expect VIP service maybe you should sail VIP ... or with the Fast pass ..

I am not sure what people are expecting however if you eat at the dining hall for breakfast\brunch or dinner what is NOT to like - what an amazing experience and they brought back the BAKE ALASKA experience for anyone else who knows what i am talking about - amazing

there is always more than enough to do and between the activities on the itinerary to the shows there is no reason when you are on the ship to not have anything to do

it is carnival - my husband and I enjoy them but do not expect a lot :) it is like a high school musical!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I did not run into 1 bad staff member AT ALL!!! everyone everywhere was amazing. there was 1 person at the service desk that was extremely lazy but she is miserable the rest of them were incredible ...

Cleanliness was 5 STARS the ships design I am truly NOT a fan of the newer designs at all - call me old fashion but I like the older ships decor - the new ones with the LED designs and lack there of decor well is just not grandeur - what I expect in cruising
Cabin / Stateroom

It a little smaller than I was expecting but in reality how much time do you spend in the room - what I truly enjoyed about this room was it is NOT open to the public until 7PM at night - therefor the pool was ours until 7PM even though we didn't use it much it is a good feeling to know it was at our disposal
Ship tip
Excursions tend to be a little more crowded on these bigger ships it would appear
Used Richard Brooks at excursionochorios@gmail.com for our tour guide and was happy with him - he gave us the tourist guide of the island and had a great sense of humor and since we were a group of 11 we were able to have the van to ourselves - a lot nicer than an full excursion from the ship

we did the stringray turtle excursion through the ship - was not happy with this at all - while the tour group they used for the excursion was good - i honestly feel they put too many people into these excursions that you are RUSHED - truly wasn't a fan - when we were on the Carnival Pride we did the stingray excursion and it was MUCH better when it came to feeding the stingrays - they WARN you here not to get spooked by them however when it came to feeding time there was NO ORGANIZATION - so what did they expect - WAS NOT A FAN of this - had I not had previous experience I would of been scared probably
while the beaches are beautiful here i am not a fan when you go into the city - seeing the horse they use with broken hooves just breaks my heart - with all the tourism that is brought into this city it would be nice to see some of the money going back to the locals - I am just not a fan of seeing these horses run down
