Fast, easy and smooth. There were 6 of us and we got right to our holding area and boarded in a timely manner.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was what you would expect. For a fellow vegetarian I really struggled to find things I was able to eat. But with picky teenagers they tried lots of new things and absolutely loved them. Our server (Fransisco) was BEYOND AMAZING! We may sure to request him every night! Again as a vegetarian I did eat burritos daily and after I ordered one time they knew me. Putu (I believe that was his name) knew me when I walked up and knew my order. Buffet was ok. Not much to be desired to be honest. But its there for those that enjoy that kind of thing.

Onboard Activities

Fitness center hours were weird to be honest. I would suggest making it accessible 24 hours a day. It makes it odd because you do need to go through the spa. If you are sensitive to essential oils, perfumes or strong scents be aware now that you will run into this issue getting to the gym. I ended up just running on the running track. Activities were ok.

Service and Staff

Reynaldo our room steward was AMAZING! We were a larger group with a couple rooms and we all enjoyed him. Super nice and down to earth guy. Very trustworthy we never had a single issue or worry with him around. And we would see him all day coming and going and he always would stop take time to address us by name. Little things like this make a difference. Fransisco (lead waiter) in the Atlantic Dining room was the BOMB! After our first night in the dining room we seen him early that next morning in the buffet and again he greeted us by name. That really impressed the kids and they wanted him to wait on us at dinner so we made sure to request him every night. With moody teenage girls he sure know how to handle them and cheer them up. Even got them up dancing the final night during the shows. Really made our dining experience SPECIAL!
