Review summary

I loved everything about this entire trip, from the flight to Miami, the cruise, the port, everything was as expected except for not going to Half Moon Cay and I wished it lasted longer!

Food and Dining

Grand Buffet

3 out of 5

The buffet offered very few protein options. The pastas were dry and everything was just bland. I love to eat and ate very minimal at the buffet. I felt the food was what was left from the cruisers before us so I just stuck to Guy's or room service

My room steward Dennis was the best stateroom cabin 8416

Ship Quality

Everything was clean as they could keep it. We had a rowdy crowd on this ship but the staff did wonderful at cleaning up after the grown kids

Cabin / Stateroom

Great interior cabin with a comfortable bed converted to an actual king whereas most just convert into a queen. I brought a bed bridge in case the bed started to separate but didn't need it this time so that was a plus. My room was always clean and I enjoyed it quite much.

Ship tip

Have a blast but don't drink too many sugary drinks and bring your own straw as theirs are candy because they're getting rid of the plastic straws

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Had a blast in Miami we went to the beach and walked downtown Miami all night. I'm from Oklahoma so it was like New York to me lol

Nassau, Bahamas

Love this port. I always go to Junkanoo beach after I hit up straw market and sit out as far as I can from everyone else and just chill by the guts under the trees. It's an amazing, relaxing feeling here

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

3 out of 5
The water was too rough for the captain to be able to keep the ship straight for him to get the ship into port so unfortunately we didn't get to see Half Moon Cay so we had an extra day at sea

So glad it was up to your expectations. We no longer do less than 7 days and prefer 9-12 days or more.

I was looking forward to Half Moon Cay. Just a little disappointed when the announcement was made but not surprised. Those waves were rough.
