Review summaryOur Vacation started with at least 17 Power Outages while embarking and waiting to leave port. To say that the Ship was an Oven is an Understatement. We kept getting emergency Lighting and Zero Air Conditioning. When we went to our room at 1:30 p.m., the Hallways on the 7th floor were in a disarray. The Stewards and their Assistant's, still had carts everywhere and Vacuum hoses blocking the walkways. They looked startled as if they had not had enough time to Clean. They were not in a good mood, nor friendly and were dripping with Sweat due to no Air Conditioning Working in that area.... Our Room was Clean but Sweltering, it was 85 Degrees in our Room on Monday. Our room would not get to 75 until Wednesday, at which point the temperature again started to increase......It was above 80 Thursday Night and into Friday Morning. Guest Services was useless in addressing the Matter.....Our Steward apologized and brought us a fan. There were over 150 people in our sailing group, and this was a major compliant from almost all of them. The Chat feature rarely worked as promised. I sent message to my friends and my Wife. She did not get my message nor I hers….A Waste of $10.00 Our Safe Did not work and we reported it to Customer Service for 3 days running....It never got fixed until my Steward got it done at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, also a battery issue.... Our Shower overflowed into the room, a plumber had to come to Clear Hair from the Drain, this was finally done on Wednesday Night. We bought Liquor from the Fun Shops, we were overcharged and had to have the bill re-adjusted 3 times. We picked up the Liquor at disembarkation and then discovered it was not what we purchased and they refused to go get the correct items......

Horrible, Useless waste of time. 60-90 minutes in lines to never ever get anything resolved.......I was in line 5 separate times due to being overcharged and Maintenance Men never showing up at our room.
The Fun Shops
Bought Absolut Vodka and Bacardi on sale, charged the wrong price 3 times, each time requiring a trip to Guest service for a Bill Adjustment. At Debarkation when picking up our liquor, we found the wrong bottles had been packaged. They refused to go get the correct items....What a Cluster....F*XX
Horrible set up. It is like a scavenger hunt trying to find your photos. Viewing screen is in the middle of the walkway by the elevator and guest tell you to get out of the way while you are trying to view photos. Employee accused me of being a thief, liar and cheat because my cell phone was in my hand, said I was taking photos of his photos, again, I had already bought a package prepaid online.
