Overall of our cruise was fantastic. We thank God for everything. We enjoyed and were blessed going to another cruise adventure this summer vacation.Embarkation
The embarkation was smooth. We were the first once to get on the ship. The lines were small and quick. Service people welcomed us on board kindly. Service people were excited to see us on board as we were. It was our second time going on same Carnival Victory Cruise. It was a moment of a lifetime for us.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Our family enjoyed delicious dishes from main dining room. We were in the Pacific Restaurant which was on the third floor. Our table was in the middle section area since it was a table for four people. We had our own private space with our family which we enjoyed together. The team who served us did great. Our table number was 531. John was our main servant, he was serving from first day to last with a smile and kind heart. John was one of three main people who danced in main dining room by themselves, it was interesting to watch. It was a lot of fun out there. John offered us some delicious dishes that we tasted from the menu. Go John!!! Odane was also great servant. We couldn't wait to come back to dining room to try something new and see them again because they were so nice. It was dinner and a show, a lot of entertainment. A lot of good food on the Lido deck like salads, sandwiches, tacos and etc. I loved fresh cut fruits especially watermelon. We ate so much that we couldn't fit anymore but it was all good, praise God. Everything we had for food was freshly made and tasted delicious. The morning food was yummy. Plus to the chef. Everyone who worked there were very kind, hard workers and like a family to us. Thank you for a wonderful job!
Onboard Activities
Our family was looking forward to family oriented activities which we enjoyed with our two children at the pool, water slides, shopping at cherry on top our favorite one, at casino we've got FREE lanyards, watched movies on lido deck, ate popcorn, swam in hot tub and enjoyed hot stone massage. Too bad that it was too quick to enjoy. :(
Entertainment
We didn't get to see a lot of shows or musicians except in our Main Dining Restaurant. It was hilarious to see dinner and the show especially the big guy dancing in his wig. We enjoyed listening to live performance songs in the main dining room. It was amazing. Good job!

Overall service was excellent.
John, Odane, Amritta were all great in dining area. Thumbs up!
Room steward name was Rodrigo. He was the best. I didn't get to see him much because our family didn't spend much time in stateroom but every time we ran into Rodrigo, he was very polite, kind, very nice person just like a family to us. Rodrigo kept our room very clean, everything in the room smelled good, we loved crafts he made out of a towel. Every time we had a question Rodrigo was there to help. Thank you Rodrigo for all your hard work!
At Cherry on top we met Danyiova Gyongyi the great server who we bought most of our charms and candy's from. Unfortunately, Godiva box with chocolates we bought tasted old and was melted. :( LOL...But we ate it all...
Ship Quality
Absolutely, no matter how many people were on board the service & staff kept the common areas clean and well-maintained at all times.
Cabin / Stateroom
There were four people in our cabin. Our family had enough space in the room, bathroom, and balcony. Our favorite cabin is with a balcony but we haven't tried suite yet. On our balcony we got to see a swimming turtle, flying fish, sunrise, sunset, and even wave to captain. We got many pictures of different things and even smell the fresh air of sea. You could stand there for hours and enjoy the view and not get bored. :)
Ship tip
If you haven't been on a cruise yet, try it! You will like it. It gets addictive though once you do. Great family getaway vacation!

Ports of call
Great weather to do excursion. hop on hop off trolley with butterfly conservatory excursion was awesome. It was very interesting tour to go see Key West, FL. Butterfly place was fascinating. Such an attraction. Our children were covered with beautiful blue butterflies. We took so many pictures of different places we went on the trolley. The weather was 89 F hot but it was a clear skies with a light sea breeze. Terrific!
The weather was 89 F with clouds. The excursion we had was beach buggy & snorkel. It was 4 hours long but we enjoyed every bit of it. The water was warm and clear. We saw a lot of different variety of fish while snorkeling. Staff was amazing just like our family. We even had food on the beautiful island and it was delicious. We bought pictures that cost 15.00 USD each from them. The ride was good experience but not what we expected. We got to see how people live in Cozumel, Mexico and how important we were as tourists to them. Overall it was great experience and fun. The port was clean. A lot of taking pictures when getting off the ship with Mayan people, so be ready.
Disembarkation
When we came back we couldn't believe it went that fast but we've got a great memories of it. Service people welcomed us back home with a smile.
