Review summary

Fun ports. Nice staff (mostly). Excellent food and drink! But not much to do during the day...and bring ear plugs If you want to sleep earlier than 10pm.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Very hard to hear and understand announcements about which groups could board. I had to ask an agent to find out that we could actually embark.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Excellent food!! Everywhere!!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Excellent fitness center. Loved trivia. Wish there were more activities during the day (10am-6pm).

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Only went to one show (Vroom). It was just ok. Went to both comedians. Again, ok. I wish there were more shows and entertainment during the day and not all so late into the night.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was nice and comfortable. But we could hear the shows in the main lounge very loudly and clearly in our room. Bring good ear plugs If you like to sleep before 10pm!

Ship tip

Bring earplugs if you like to sleep before 10pm.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Only used to embark/disembark.

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Very accessible and fun for tourists!! No pushy people insisting you buy their whatever.

Cozumel, Mexico

Nice tourist area just off the ship. But across the street people got very pushy about going into their stores. We quickly returned to the designated tourist port area.

Disembarkation

They should have gone through all categories of people carrying their own bags before going to the people who had their bags taken for them. We were told it would be quicker to take our own bags, but it wasn’t. They started calling zones while they were still calling decks. Also, the lady I first encountered on the land side (just at the end of the gangway) was very rude and argumentative with me. My husband forgot a bag in the lounge before we disembarked. She insisted to me that he wouldn’t be allowed to get it. He was allowed and it wasn’t a problem.
