Made the best out of the ‘sorry I cant help you, you booked through an agent’ spent a lot of time at guest service, stateroom keys had to be re-registered after each port visit. Food in dining room was horrid looking and sloppy, but the specialty restaurants and sit down restaurants were great

Ship tip
Make sure, ALL your Q&A are answered by before you go, because Carnival guest services( where you go if you have questions and need results) is disrespectful to their customers that booked through
Great. Had great fun booked swim with dolphins through Priceline and again NO assistance from Guest service or their Excursions group. Was actually told they had never heard of the National Park where I was going too, which made me nervous about the booking. While on the ship I didn’t purchase the WiFi packages, so I had to wait til I got off the ship to contact Priceline for assistance. When you get to the location, make sure you ask your cab driver for the special on the buffet if you are going but not swimming because they make up their own pricing the closer you get to the gate
Thank you for the review. It will help others. Yes, the ship would have no way to give you information about the private excursion you booked through Priceline. They couldn't possibly know any of those details. They don't need to be rude about it but if someone kept asking them over and over then they may understandably get short.
