We definitely look forward to cruising again. Half of our party was first time cruisers and all of their expectations were exceeded, all of them had more fun than they expected and walked away from the vacation almost entirely stress free.

Everything moved quickly; it didnt seem hectic or overly crowded at all.

Entertainment
5 out of 5
Was very surprised by the level of entertainment offered. Top class shows, musicians and performances.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Our 6 year old loved the camp. She asked to go back for a bit every day on her own. She looked forward to playing with the other kids and getting involved with arts and crafts while on board.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Every member of the staff tried to make the experience stand out and memorable. I cant recall seeing any staff member without a smile or something nice to say or talk about.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship is dated, and its starting to show. I look forward to seeing the re-release of the ship next year. Although dated, it was still in good shape and very clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit strange. The shower would only give about 75% water pressure for a few minutes and eventually peter out. You could hear air in the lines and gurgling in the pipes. The toilet wouldn't flush at all on our sea day.
Better than I actually anticipated. I wasn't sure what to expect, honestly. We had walked from Mallory Square to Fort Zachary Taylor Park beach within about 20 minutes. On our way back, we toured around the square and the city area, visiting unique shops and bars.
We booked a day pass at an all inclusive resort. This looked to be an expensive option, but with a little bit of home work we got a resort with a decent rate. After returning to the ship and having dinner, we walked around Puerta Maya pier for a bit and even ventured out to the Royal Village down the road a bit. Most of the shops were closed, and be sure to expect locals to ask, very aggressively, for your business.
Was a little hectic. Our given time was 815 to check in at the theater to wait to be called to disembark. The stairwells from level 3 down were closed and the atrium elevators were also closed. That left six elevators that the entire ship was using to take down to three to disembark.
